Skimo 365

Skimo 365 is a year-long training plan for skimo racing. It consists of two 24-week macrocycles and four 12-week mesocycles, with B and A objectives in September/October and March/April. The first (summer) macrocycle is broad enough to accommodate a wide variety of objectives. Subscribe to get workouts delivered every Sunday at 10 am ET.
